To export custom loan amounts to the Record of Loan Payments and Rate Changes calculator:

In the Custom Loan Payment Schedule calculator, choose File > Export > To Record of Loan Payments.

Generating a payment schedule automatically

The application can generate a payment schedule automatically by starting with the Custom Loan Payment Schedule calculator and then using the Export to Record of Loan Payments feature. The Custom Loan Payment Schedule calculator can compute the payment amount and generate the payment schedule. The export feature places these amounts into the Record of Loan Payments and Rate Changes calculator so that the user can record any change in interest rates, record early and late payments, and assess late fees as they occur.

In the Record of Loan Payments and Rate Changes calculator, the entry in the Date to separate actual from projected field is used to place the text, "Amounts after <Date> are projected" in the payment schedule. This separates the actual events from the projected ones. To remove this text from the payment schedule, delete the entry in the Date to separate actual from projected field.
